Shipping

Benches: Benches take about 5-8 days to get to the customer from when they are ordered.

Cushions/Pillows and Covers: These are hand made and made to your so they do take a little but longer than normal. You should expect to see these in 10-12 days from when ordered.

Convert A Cup: These ship out next day and get to you extremely fast. 3-4 days from when they are ordered.

Replacement Parts: Shipping times vary, most parts will arrive in 7-10 days. For a more accurate shipping time call in to order replacement parts.

Returns

Any item can be returned, as long as its unused with no damages since receiving it. Customer will need to pay for shipping the item back.

Once we receive your item and email communication with your information inside we can get the price of the product refunded.

Bench's

We use a special kind of nut called a locking nut that utilizes a plastic inset inside of the nut itself that you screw into.

This does make it pretty tight when screwing into the nut so you will need a wrench and screwdriver to get this in all the way.

Once this has been tightened all the way, the screw and the nut will sit flush against the bench. :)

Yes! When designing the Gen II we decided to be a little more effecient and fill up some unsused space this allow us to put in stoppers on the 2x4 planks making them a little over an inch smaller.

What is not covered under warranty?

This is not covered under warranty and you will need to order parts to get a replacement.

Mother nature unfortunately is under no ones control. If damaged from storms, snow, hail, lightning or other, this is not covered under warranty and you will need to order parts to get a replacement.
