Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through Premiere Products.
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@premiereproducts.us. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues

Do not refuse shipment due to a damaged box. Doing so violates our shipping policy and may delay resolution.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customers will be responsible for reshipping in cases where refusal of shipment occurs.
Promotions & Sales

Promotions, discounts, and sales are valid only during the timeframe in which they are offered.

Orders placed before a promotion or sale are not eligible for retroactive discounts or price adjustments.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
