"We had a bad wind storm a few weeks ago, it blew my convert-a-bench over it it busted the round pin area that holds the table/backrest on. I emailed my problem to convert-a-bench and got a very fast reply and the part # i needed to order, i was amazed at how low the price was, i figured it would be around $50. or more, to my surprise it was $30. and then they also took off another 10% which made it $27. in total--no taxes and no shipping fees. We got it within a few days---perfect color perfect fit. Thank yo C0nvert-A-Bench you saved our bench from being thrown away. . Great company, great response time and a great price.
