Replacement planks

"Needed to replace 3 planks due to squirrel damage. Originally purchased from qvc sometime ago. Went to their website and discovered they are still selling them. Got your address and ordered gen 1 as the current model being sold at qvc had different support, figured that was gen 2. Well figured wrong. The gen 1 was too long. Spoke with a polite gentleman who offered several options to us. We elected not to return the planks. Switching several planks around we were able to make things fit, however I am a little concerned and will only allow one person on each bench which will work for us. However, suggest the benches have something to indicate what generation the bench is. Thank you."

"Great company. Great product. I ordered the support for under the seat for a Generation I bench. I added it to make a third support, just like Generation II has. The benches are great. Perfect Benches for my Front Yard

"I bought 2 of these to replace a rusted old pair of bench in my front yard. Our house is right in front of the park where town events are held often. Our house is the hangout spot for family and neighbors during these occasions. We had to take tables up front but now all I need are these convert-a-bench. We love them and I’m sure our friends will love them too. Easy to move around too and quick to assemble. Will most likely get another pair soon. Btw, their customer support is also top notch."

Limited Warranty

All benches come with a 5-year limited warranty that covers parts and workmanship. Premiere Products will repair or replace all defective or missing parts within 90 days of the product being received. Premiere Products will not cover any damaged or missing pieces after 3 months have past from date the product was received.
